A hidden jewel, nestled amidst the M4, M40 & M25, yet a million miles away from the concrete jungle - a real metropolitan oasis.
No dodging traffic or tripping over pavements, this course is interesting and quick; a mixture of tree-lined trails and wide, traffic-free roads, taking in the beautiful Stockley Country Park. Great spectator-friendly start and finish, with refreshments right by the start/finish, so bring the family. Masses of free, on-site parking. Easily accessible – close to the M4, M40, M25 and Heathrow, with good rail links.

A beginner-friendly race, yet equally good for experienced runners to challenge their PB.
When: Saturday 11th May 2019 at 10:30.
Where: Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1BA.
Pricing: £18 Unaffiliated, £16 Affiliated, £0 Gold Members.
Entry on the Day: Subject to £3 surcharge (cash only, subject to availability).
Registration: From 09:00 to 10:15.
Race Numbers: For collection at registration on the day only, numbers will not be posted. To be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided at registration, your number should be visible at all times. Your timing chip is attached to the back of your number and should not be removed.
Route: The race takes you along a mixture of traffic-free road, trails and off-road footpaths and is suitable for runners of all abilities. Please be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.
Spectators: Very spectator friendly, with refreshments available.
Licensing: This race will be registered with the Association of Running Clubs (ARC).
Pacers: There will not be pacers at this event.
Bag Drop: Whilst we would recommend bringing as little as possible, you can leave your belongings with us while you race using the tear-off baggage strip on your race number, collecting after you finish by showing your number.
Toilets: There are temporary toilets in the park to use before and after the race. There are no mid-way toilets on the course.
Race Marshals: Marshals will be present on the course throughout the race.
Distance Markers: The route will be clearly indicated with arrows, tape and Km markers where necessary.
Water Stations: There will be 1 water station on the route at (approximately) Km 5. Water will be provided in recyclable plastic cups.
Post-Race Goodies: All runners will receive water and snacks on finishing the race.
Refreshments: Pre/Post-race coffee and refreshments available.
Changing/Showers: There will be no changing or shower facilities at this race.
Lost Property: Lost property from an event will be kept for one month. If unclaimed, or ownership cannot be determined, lost property items will be donated to charity.
Results: Results will be uploaded live to our website (internet connection permitting) and, where possible, timing print-outs will be available at the race. In all cases, results will be communicated to all pre-registered participants within 24 hours of the event.
Medals: All finishers will receive a medal on completing the race.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners overall and the top runner in each category (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both males and females. Where possible, we will endeavour to present individual race prizes approximately an hour after the scheduled race start time.

Parking: Parking will be available, please follow signs on arrival.
Buggies/Pushchairs: This race is not suitable for runners with buggies/pushchairs.
Wheelchair Users: This race is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Earphones/Headphones: Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited and whilst we discourage the use of other earphones/headphones at this event, participants choosing to use them should ensure they are set to a minimum volume such that instructions from marshals can be clearly understood. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who cannot hear instructions from marshals as a result of their use.
Event Time-Limit: Whilst there is no strict time-limit for this race, in order that we adhere to the restrictions imposed by the venue hire agreement, it may be necessary for us to begin deconstruction of the registration/finish area after approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to facilitate leaving the premises in the time required.
