Whatever your experience or ability, there is no doubt that coaching will benefit your training. For only £100 per month (minimum of three months) you can have an individualised coaching schedule that will help you achieve your full potential. Unlimited feedback to and from your Coach can be via email, phone or face-to-face (at our office in High Wycombe). This isn't a one-size-fits-all plan, nor is it a static document, but a 'live' training schedule adjusted according to your progress.

TECHNIQUE ASSESSMENT SESSION:
A one-off 90 minute session - have your running technique analysed and your training in general appraised. Go home with the tools you need to progress: to run more efficiently, therefore faster and with less risk of injury and train smarter. £25 per head for 4 people; £30 for three; £35 for two; £50 for one person.
Once you have had your inital assessment, this 90 minute re-assessment will enable us to check your progress and development. We can then work on weaker areas and you will take home more training tools to make sure you continue to improve. Costs as above, but with 10% discount if booked within one month of your initial assessment (the actual session does not need to be within one month, just the booking).
